"CUISINE IS WHEN THINGS TASTE WHAT THEY ARE" Curnonsky

It is through the inspiration of this quote by the prince of gourmets that the "Vin dans les Voiles" has been growing south of the 16th district, near the Seine river and the Garigliano bridge.

Philippe Sergent, fine wines and cuisine passionate, started his dream come true wine restaurant in 2004. He composes his dishes with season products of outstanding fresh quality, coming directly from the world known market of Rungis. Those are then cooked to perfection, leaving out all sophistication.

The inspiration to create these palate delights stems from de country, the hearty tradition, sometimes with a touch of originality and refinement.
