It is through the inspiration of this quote by the prince of gourmets that the \"Vin dans les Voiles\" has been growing south of the 16th district, near the Seine river and the Garigliano bridge.
Philippe Sergent, fine wines and cuisine passionate, started his dream come true wine restaurant in 2004. Antoine Castelli succeded him in 2010 May.
The inspiration to create these palate delights stems from de country, the hearty bistrot tradition, sometimes with a touch of originality and refinement.
MENUS
Our customers can choose inside a seasonnal and "back from the market" menu, on a board (5 appetizers, 6 main courses and 5 deserts) that change daily
WINES
As for wines, Philippe Sergent then Antoine Castelli are rare find specialists, straight from the french wine regions. Having unique and special relationship with quality winemakers, they are able to offer a constantly renewed wine list to fit best the dishes they accompany.
